Pickled Cucumbers Without Sterilization
Description
A preservation recipe without unnecessary complications. Pickled cucumbers without sterilization are my favorite way to preserve cucumbers. First, it’s quick; second, it’s delicious. Pickled cucumbers without sterilization turn out slightly sweet and sour. You can pour the vinegar straight into the jar instead of into the marinade. The cucumbers are great as an appetizer—they stimulate the appetite and aid digestion. Besides cucumbers, you can add onion and bell pepper to the jar. Change up the herbs and spices. I love to experiment, and every season I end up with some new little recipe. Good luck! The preserve is ready for winter storage.
