Marinated butter mushrooms in their own juice

Description

A simple way to prepare food ahead for later. Here is a classic recipe for marinated slippery jacks in their own juice. In this recipe, the mushrooms are braised in their own juice, then sealed in a jar for storage. Remember that slippery jacks must be kept in the refrigerator or any other cold place. By the way, you do not have to seal the mushrooms—you only need to chill them in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, and you can serve them right away, sprinkled with chopped green onions. Have a nice day. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
