Pickled Butter Mushrooms for Winter
Description
Perfect for winter pantry supplies. This is a classic recipe for preparing marinated butter mushrooms for winter. If, after sealing, you find moisture seeping from a jar, eat those mushrooms right away. The other jars can be stored safely until the winter holidays in a cool place. Serve with onion sliced into rings; boiled potatoes make a good side. Good luck. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
