Marinated Fried Butter Mushrooms
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. This is a straightforward, simple recipe for fried marinated slippery jack mushrooms. You won’t need any special ingredients—just mushrooms, salt, and vegetable oil. Add salt to taste; everyone prefers it differently. Store the finished mushrooms for no more than 5–6 months in a cool place. Good luck.

Step 1

Wash the butter mushrooms thoroughly and pick them over, removing all debris, dirt, films, and the like. Then boil in salted water for 15 minutes and drain in a colander so all the water runs off.

Step 3

Place the maslyata mushrooms in sterilized jars, leaving a couple of centimeters of headspace at the top. Pour in the oil from the pan. Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator.
