Description

Home preserves keep well for a long time. To be honest, after I found this simple recipe for marinated mushrooms in a multicooker, I stopped buying them at the store, because making them yourself is much more economical and convenient. Plus, depending on your preferences, you can add more sugar or salt to the mushrooms and choose your favorite spices. Otherwise everything is extremely simple: put everything in the bowl and cook the mushrooms for 25 minutes, pack them into jars, and in just 10–12 hours the button mushrooms will be ready. So if you want to always be prepared for the holidays, I will tell you how to make marinated mushrooms in a multicooker—with such an appetizer, any feast is sure to be a hit. Jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
