Marinated sprats
Description
Marinated salaka is easy to make. It does take a long time, though. The marinade is very ordinary; after the first stage of marinating the fish will seem quite spicy and hot. But then it will soak up well in vegetable oil and become tender. The fish keeps for a long time in the fridge. The recipe for marinated salaka is just a few simple steps. Enjoy your meal. You can serve it warm or chilled.
