Quick Pickled Cabbage
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. To make quick pickled cabbage, one large head of cabbage is enough for me; you can use less. Regular 9% vinegar will work. This cabbage is excellent served with vodka; see the recipe. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
