
Marinade for pork in the oven
Description
Minimum ingredients — excellent result. To prepare the marinade, you'll need soy sauce, vegetable oil, and spices. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

Place the spices in a mortar. I use Italian spices, dry red adjika, and salt. Grind them in the mortar into a powder.

Transfer the spices to a bowl.

Pour in the soy sauce and add vegetable oil.

Beat with a fork until a thick sauce forms.

The resulting sauce can be used to marinate meat. It does not require resting time.

This marinade is suitable for baking meat in the oven, as well as for grilling over a barbecue, charcoal, or open fire. It's a universal marinade. Here's what you should not do when adding other ingredients to the marinade: do not add honey or garlic. Garlic burns during grilling or baking, and honey will char quickly on the surface of the meat, while the inside remains undercooked. You can brush the meat with honey 5–7 minutes before the end of cooking, but never add honey at the beginning of the marinating process.
