Marinade for steaks
Description
I've also used this marinade for beef kebabs, and it turned out very delicious as well! The marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week without losing its flavor or beneficial qualities. Be sure to try my recipe and make this marinade for steaks!
Instructions

Step 1

1. In a ceramic container, mix soy sauce, wine, honey, and sesame oil. Stir the ingredients until well combined.

Step 2

2. Chop the ginger as finely as possible, but I don't recommend grating it, as the ginger will release its aroma too intensely. It's sufficient to cut the ginger into small cubes.

Step 3

3. Chop the garlic into pieces of approximately the same size.

Step 4

4. Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the soy sauce mixture, add the chili pepper and mix well.

Step 5

5. Be sure to rinse the steak under running water and pat it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then place the meat in the marinade, cover it with a lid, and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours.
