Salmon steak marinade
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. To cook a delicious salmon steak, you won't need to spend much time or effort. The fish cooks very quickly and can be served with any side dish or simply with a salad. To make the fish even more flavorful and slightly reduce the fishy smell that some people dislike, I suggest a very simple marinade recipe for salmon steak. This marinade is enough to marinate 600-700 grams of fish. 1. Pour vegetable oil into a small deep bowl. 2. Squeeze the juice of one lime or a small lemon. 3. Add the lemon juice, salt, and dried herbs to the oil. 4. Whisk everything with a fork until well combined. That's it—the salmon marinade is ready. Coat the steaks with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15–20 minutes. You can even leave the fish in this marinade overnight; nothing will happen to it. Then simply place the fish onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes. The prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
