Marinade for pork kebabs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There are many variations of marinade, and to find your perfect taste, you need to experiment. I'd like to share a quick, simple, and in my opinion, truly successful idea. Besides the classic salt and pepper, I don't recommend adding other spices so as not to overpower the meat's flavor. However, garlic and onion will work perfectly. A small amount of red wine will give the pork a special piquancy. Give it a try. Serve hot.
