Beer-based marinade for shashlik

Description

Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. The ingredient quantities are given for 500 grams of meat. If you have more (or less) meat, adjust the ingredient quantities accordingly. As for the dark beer, I recommend using Guinness. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
