Marinade for pork shish kebab with kefir
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Many love the pork kebab marinade with kefir because kefir makes the meat very tender, soft, and juicy. This marinade works well for almost any type of meat. Usually, I use a richer kefir with small lumps, at least 3.2% fat content. Meat marinated this way turns out extremely tasty—the kefir doesn't drip off during grilling, forming a delicious crust. Besides kefir, the marinade includes classic ingredients: salt, pepper, and, of course, onion. It's the onion that gives the meat its distinctive, savory flavor. During barbecue season, I highly recommend trying my recipe. Serve hot.
