Marinade for Button Mushrooms on the Grill
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Mushrooms made with this recipe can be served as a standalone appetizer or as an accompaniment to any meat or vegetables. By the way, you can replace the mayonnaise entirely with sour cream—it turns out very tasty too. Of course, you can simply grill the mushrooms on the barbecue, but if marinated beforehand, they will be much tastier. Keep this recipe in mind. Serve the appetizer at the table.
