Marinade for ribs on the grill
Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. This is my homemade marinade recipe for grilled ribs. It has a creamy-tomato flavor. The tenderness and piquancy come from cream, honey, garlic, and vegetable oil. The spiciness, of course, comes from Tabasco—adjust the amount to your taste. I use this marinade for ribs on the grill, and then as a sauce for the finished dish. It's very delicious—spicy, sweet, and tangy. Give it a try! Serve the sauce with meat or fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
