Marinade for beef cutlets

Description

Beef has a rich flavor on its own, but to make it even more appetizing, here is a recipe for a marinade for beef cutlets. 1. First, prepare the meat. Wash the beef, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into portion-sized pieces. Lightly pound with a meat mallet, taking care not to damage the meat's structure. 2. In a deep bowl, combine red wine and olive oil. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and optionally add a bit of chili pepper for heat. 3. Peel the garlic and finely dice it, or press it using a garlic press. 4. Add the garlic and rosemary to the marinade. If desired, you can also add other available herbs to your homemade beef cutlet marinade. Avoid using strong meat spices, so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the cutlets. 5. Place the meat into the bowl or a marinade bag. Pour the marinade over it and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer the meat marinates, the more flavorful and tender it will become. 6. The cutlets can then be baked in the oven or pan-fried. They pair perfectly with pasta, vegetables, and other side dishes.
