Salmon marinade for oven baking
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. I remember once, a long time ago, I marinated salmon without really knowing what I was doing. As a result, a good piece of fish turned into something unrecognizable. That's why in this recipe I decided to demonstrate the proper marinade. With it, your baked salmon will turn out perfectly and very delicious. The sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Pour the soy sauce into a plastic container. I used the most basic and inexpensive sauce available at the store, as I don't see a significant difference for marinating purposes.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the pepper thinly. Be careful! After cutting, do not rub your eyes with your hands! I add spicy to my own taste, quite a lot.

Step 3

Then peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible. You can also grate it on a coarse grater, which will release its aroma. Add the garlic and pepper to the sauce.

Step 4

Just one final touch. This is a little secret for great flavor. Add sugar. That's it, your excellent marinade is ready!

Step 5

I marinated the fish for over an hour in a glass container (plastic or aluminum are not recommended!). Then baked it as usual—half an hour in the oven at 175 degrees. It turned out delicious! A foolproof marinating method!
