Chicken marinade with soy sauce
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Soy sauce is very often used in preparing Asian dishes. I can't even recall a single dish from this cuisine that doesn't include it. Soy sauce gives food a subtle spicy aroma and a pleasant, tangy flavor. And how juicy chicken becomes when marinated in it! After marinating, you can either fry it in a pan or bake it in the oven—it will remain just as tender and soft. Recipe: The prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2-3 slices, then cut each slice into 3 pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Place the chicken in a glass bowl, add lemon juice.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the soy sauce, mix well, and let it sit for 15–20 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Add starch to the well-marinated chicken and mix thoroughly. The starch is needed to bind the liquid and prevent it from evaporating, so the chicken remains tender and juicy.
- 6
Step 6

Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. You'll notice that a crust forms almost immediately on the chicken pieces, and after 8-10 minutes of cooking, it will turn golden and very appetizing. The inside will remain tender and soft. Serve the chicken in soy sauce marinade hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
