
Marinade for chicken
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Chicken marinated this way turns out tender, soft, and juicy. You can use either thighs or breasts. You may also add tomato sauce to this marinade, but then you'll need to reduce the amount of balsamic vinegar. Add your favorite spices to taste—for example, along with basil, include oregano or other Provence herbs. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

In a bowl, mix the butter and vinegar.

Chop the fresh herbs.

Coarsely chop the garlic and mix it with the rest.

Mix all the marinade ingredients well and season with salt and pepper.

Place the marinade in a zip-lock bag, add the chicken meat, and shake well to distribute the marinade evenly over the meat.
