Turkey marinade
Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. I prefer turkey fillet over chicken fillet—it has a denser texture and a milder flavor, yet absorbs external aromas better. That's why turkey fillet dishes marinated in various sauces and marinades, then baked with fragrant vegetables, turn out so delicious. Today I'm offering a recipe. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For the marinade, I recommend using the following spices: allspice, red paprika, garlic, mustard seeds, white pepper, ginger, onion, turmeric, dried tomatoes, bay leaf, red pepper, parsley, dill. You can use a ready-made spice mix or add each spice separately in the required amounts.

Step 2

Mix the spices, sunflower (or olive) oil, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add salt and mix well.

Step 3

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces and place in the marinade. The meat should be submerged in the marinade, not just coated with it.

Step 4

Sear the turkey fillet in a pan or bake it in the oven. Serve with a side dish or as a snack.
