Marinade for mushrooms

15 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. To preserve mushrooms in this marinade, they must be pre-prepared. Sort through wild mushrooms, rinse them, and cut into pieces. Boil the prepared mushrooms in heavily salted water for 30 minutes, skimming off the foam. Drain the mushrooms in a colander and rinse. Allow all the water to drain completely, then proceed with marinating. Once the marinade is ready, place the prepared mushrooms into it and boil for 15–20 minutes after the mixture comes to a boil. Pack the mushrooms together with the marinade into sterilized jars, making sure the mushrooms are completely covered. Seal tightly with boiled lids, turn the jars upside down, and wrap them up until completely cooled. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
