Marinade for beef in the oven

Description

The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. For the marinade, we will use onion, carrot, parsley, bay leaf, rosemary, cloves, and wine. You should prepare the marinade for oven-baked beef the day before and marinate the meat. I usually leave the beef in the marinade overnight in a tightly sealed container. By the way, it's better not to use plastic containers. So, the sauce is ready. Store it in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.
