Marinade for grilled lamb
Description
A delicious addition to everyday and festive dishes. Lamb is meat with a distinct odor, but the marinade can eliminate this specific smell and make the meat tender and soft. Preparation of lamb marinade for grilling: 1. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and finely chop. 2. Wash parsley and cilantro under running water and chop. 3. Remove seeds from the hot pepper if you don't like a very spicy marinade, and finely chop. If you prefer it spicier, you can leave the seeds. 4. In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, wine, chopped onion, garlic, herbs, and hot pepper. Add salt and mix well. 5. Cut the meat into pieces of desired size, remove any membranes, place in a covered container and pour the marinade over. Leave in a cool place for 4–5 hours. I keep it in the refrigerator. After the specified time, proceed to grilling the lamb. Grill as skewers or in large pieces, as you prefer.
