Marinade for lamb ribs
Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. This recipe for lamb rib marinade calls for dried tomatoes. If you don't have any, you can substitute them with fresh tomatoes or adjika. 1. Wash and dry the lamb ribs. Cut into portion-sized pieces and place in a deep bowl. 2. The base of the marinade will be dried tomatoes. Chop them into small pieces. Fresh tomatoes should be cut into medium slices. 3. Wash, dry, and finely chop a large bunch of fresh herbs. 4. Season the ribs with salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices. 5. Add mustard to the ribs and rub it in thoroughly. You can also use tomato sauce with spices or adjika instead. 6. Add some grated ginger, which will enhance both flavor and aroma. 7. Add tomatoes and herbs. Mix everything thoroughly. 8. Pour dry white wine over the ribs in the bowl (you can use red wine as a substitute). Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours. For best results, marinate the ribs overnight so they absorb maximum flavor and aroma. Serve this sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
