Chicken manty
Description
This recipe won't take much time. 1. First, prepare the dough. Unlike the traditional recipe, I suggest making homemade chicken manti with milk-based dough. To do this, dissolve a little salt in slightly warm milk. Beat 1 egg and mix it with the milk. Gradually add flour, kneading a fairly firm yet elastic dough. Let it rest for at least 25–30 minutes. 2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder. 3. Peel the onion and also mince it using a blender or meat grinder. 4. For juiciness, peel 1 small zucchini or half a large one, chop finely, and add it to the chicken. 5. Thoroughly mix the filling. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Knead the dough again and roll it out thinly on a floured surface. Cut out equal-sized circles using a cutter or a glass. 7. Carefully place the filling in the center, leaving a small border around the edges. 8. Seal the edges tightly and place the manti into the steamer basket or manti-cooker, previously greased with oil. 9. That's it—the chicken manti recipe is complete. They will be ready in 30–40 minutes. Before serving, you can prepare a sauce from minced garlic and herbs mixed with sour cream. Serve hot.
