Turkey Manty
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I think it's no secret that the juice formed during cooking is what makes manty so special. To preserve this juice, it's important to carefully remove the cooked dumplings. Here's a little trick: before placing the manty into the steamer basket, dip the bottom of each dumpling into vegetable oil, then place them in the basket. You can also additionally grease the basket with oil. Keep this tip in mind. Serve hot.
