The recipe won't take much time. As far as I'm concerned, there shouldn't be any difficulties in this simple recipe for "Rose" dumplings! Though from my own experience, I'd say—don't spare your effort when rolling up the "roses." As you can see, mine came slightly undone during cooking, and the filling leaked out. But the recipe itself didn't suffer at all—my whole family devoured them with delight. Serve hot.

1. Let's knead the dough. Slightly warm the milk, then add the egg and salt. Mix until the salt dissolves, then gradually work in the flour. Keep stirring—the dough should be firm but elastic.

2. Leave the dough to "rest" in the refrigerator for now, and prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and mix it into the minced meat. Add spices and salt to taste, and mix once again.

3. Now roll the dough into narrow strips and place a portion of the filling on them. Then carefully roll them up into a circle, turn vertically – you'll get a little rose!

4. Place in a steamer, lightly spray with oil. Steam for 20-30 minutes.
