Description
The recipe won't take much time. The manty turn out juicy and delicious, hardly leaving anyone in your family indifferent. Serve manty with sour cream or kaymak. If you prefer a milder taste, add grated pumpkin to the filling. It's important to note that manty dough should be rolled out very thinly. This dish is perfect for both everyday meals and festive occasions. Serve hot.

Freeze the meat and fat slightly in advance. Chop the meat as finely as possible, and cut the fat slightly coarser than the meat.

Chop the onion into small cubes and add to the minced meat.
