Description

You can prepare manty with kefir for either everyday meals or any festive occasion. The manty turn out tender, juicy, and extremely delicious! Kefir-based dough doesn't require special cooking skills, as it is very easy and manageable to work with.

    In a deep bowl, beat the egg with salt.

    Mix everything and gradually add the flour in parts.

    First, mix everything with a spoon, then, when it becomes difficult to stir, continue kneading by hand.

    The dough should be firm and elastic. Gather the dough into a ball, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cut the meat into small cubes. The smaller they are, the better. You can use any kind of meat, but it's best to choose meat with a small layer of fat.
