Puff pastry manty
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Ideally, manti are made from plain dough, even without eggs. The dough turns out elastic yet thin. However, I once tried making them with store-bought puff pastry—and it worked out quite well, plus it saves time on preparing the dough. If you're making puff pastry yourself for manti, don't add too much margarine, otherwise the manti will turn out too greasy. Also, I recommend adding plenty of onions; manti should be juicy. See the recipe. The ready dish can now be served.
