1. Finely chop the chili pepper, taking care to avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes.

2. To prepare the dough, mix semolina, cottage cheese, chili pepper, salt, and turmeric. Let the dough sit for half an hour.

3. After half an hour, mix the dough again and either prepare a special "appe tawa" pan or preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet.
