Manic cake in the microwave
Description
I always thought semolina cake was something like a simple loaf without any special "charm." But if you bake it in the microwave, this ordinary dessert turns into a delicate, tender treat, similar to a soufflé. I highly recommend you try making semolina cake this way: yes, it won't have a golden crust in the microwave, but the result is so incredibly tender. The baking is ready. Serve it at the table.

Step 2

2. When the semolina has swelled sufficiently (after about 20–30 minutes), add this mixture to the egg mixture, add flour, baking powder, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

3. In a microwave-safe container, cook for 6 minutes at 600 W power. Do not cover with a lid. Remove very carefully so that the dessert does not collapse.

Step 4

4. Then, with one swift motion, flip it upside down, pour over jam, condensed milk, or sour cream. Serve immediately! Delicious!
