Plum Cake with Semolina
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. All cakes made with semolina are great because you can prepare them with yogurt, kefir, sour cream, or milk. I want to mention right away that this recipe is no exception—you can use whatever you have in your fridge. It's best to use larger plums, as this will make the finished cake look very appetizing. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
