chocolate in a multicooker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. In this case, the cake is prepared using milk, but there's a twist! The process is slightly different from the traditional method, but one thing remains unchanged: semolina needs time to swell before baking—minimum 25–30 minutes, though you can leave it a bit longer. The aroma of cocoa is very welcome here! Before serving, this "Semolina Cake" can be dusted with powdered sugar or topped with icing, for example. The simplest option is to pour warm milk over it. The baked good is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, pour the milk into a small saucepan and place it over heat.

Step 2
Place the butter and cocoa there. Mix thoroughly. After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer the milk for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 3
While the milk cools, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the semolina and pour in the milk. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for half an hour.
