Apple cake with semolina

Description

The baking is simple and quick. I rarely eat semolina porridge, you could say I don't eat it at all. Only childhood memories from kindergarten remain. They always served semolina with jam and a slice of white bread with butter. Nowadays, I only use semolina for baking mannik (at least this way!). Apple mannik is very tasty and brings back memories of times when all worries were limited to playing outside and drawing. I hope my mannik will bring back that taste of carefree days for you too.
