That's all the ingredients for the mannik. My pumpkin is frozen, cut into small cubes. If you have fresh pumpkin, grate it on a medium or coarse grater.

Mix the semolina with sugar and pour in the kefir. Stir.

Add pumpkin and dried cranberries. Cranberries can be replaced with raisins, cherries, or other berries. Mix and let stand for 20-25 minutes.

Lightly grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. I placed a circle of parchment paper on the bottom. Add the baking powder to the semolina batter and mix thoroughly.
