Homemade pastries for tea. I always enjoy trying new recipes for this kind of baking. The other day, I came across a recipe for semolina cake with pumpkin and cottage cheese. The baked good turned out tender, not too sweet, and with a bright pumpkin aroma. Something in between a pie and a cottage cheese casserole. Perfect for breakfast, especially if you serve the pie with chocolate sauce or sweet fruit jams. Give it a try. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.

In a deep bowl, combine kefir, sugar, and grated pumpkin.
