Prepare the necessary ingredients. If you are using fresh‑frozen raspberries, thaw them slightly so that the juice does not separate.

Pour the semolina into a bowl, pour warm kefir over it, stir, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Stir the contents of the bowl every 10 minutes.

Melt the butter.

After the time has elapsed, add an egg, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter to the swollen semolina. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
