
Semolina cake with poppy seeds baked in milk in the oven

Perfect with tea or coffee. To make this semolina cake I used a 20 cm diameter pan. This recipe yields a very tender and airy semolina cake. Be sure to treat your loved ones to such delicious homemade baking. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Lay out all the ingredients on the table.

Pour the milk into a bowl, crack in the eggs, and add the sugar.

Mix these ingredients with a mixer on low speed.

Add semolina and poppy seeds.

Whisk these ingredients until the mixture is smooth, then leave the bowl undisturbed for 30 minutes so the semolina can swell.
