Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Instead of sour milk, you can use kefir or sour cream without hesitation. When picking eggs, home-laid eggs are preferable—the crumb will look brighter when sliced, and taste better too. It is best to serve the finished semolina cake after it has cooled. Serve chilled or lightly warm.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar. Beat everything with a mixer.
