
Strawberry Cake with Semolina
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Semolina-based baking is great because you can use any dairy product as a base: kefir, yogurt, or sour cream. The dough turns out light and soft, and the cake simply melts in your mouth. Berries complement the semolina cake perfectly, so feel free to save this recipe. The baked goods are ready. Pour the kefir over the semolina. Mix and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy (beat with a mixer for at least 5 minutes).

Melt the butter. Grease a heatproof dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the cooled butter into the eggs, continuing to whisk.

Add the baking powder, salt, and flour.

Place the swollen semolina and mix.

Wash the berries, dry them, and remove the stems. Cut the large ones, use the small ones whole.

Place part of the dough into the pan, smooth it out. Spread the berries over it. Top with the second half of the dough.

Bake the semolina cake with strawberries at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Afterwards, you can increase the temperature to 200 degrees to brown it.
