Semolina cake with persimmon

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Thanks to the persimmon in the recipe, the mannik has a very interesting flavor. I added vanilla sugar for extra aroma, but you can also use cinnamon or nutmeg. They harmonize well with persimmon. Bake the mannik at 180 °C for 1 hour. It also turns out very well in a multicooker; of course, it doesn’t develop a crust, but it’s soft and tender! Try it. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
