Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.

Add salt, vanilla sugar, semolina, flour, and baking soda to the whipped egg mixture, pour in kefir (or sour cream), add softened butter, and beat once more until smooth.

Add the berries and gently fold them in. To prevent the berries from sinking to the bottom of the pan during baking, they should be coated in flour.
