Cottage cheese cake with blueberries
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. For mannik, it's best to use fine semolina, then the cake will be more tender. Instead of kefir, you can use ryazhenka or liquid sour cream. Be sure to dry the blueberries. If desired, the top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
