Semolina cake with lingonberries
Description
The baked goods are quick and simple to prepare. Mannik is the kind of recipe every home cook should have on hand. The pie uses simple ingredients you’ll find in any kitchen, and it doesn’t take long to make. Lingonberries can be swapped for any other berries or fruit; you can add raisins, nuts, candied citrus peel, or any seeds you like. It always turns out flavourful and a little different each time—give it a try. It goes well with tea or coffee.
