Semolina cake with sour cream in a multicooker
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This soft semolina cake recipe with sour cream in a multicooker can be adjusted to your taste. Instead of blueberries, you can add raisins or candied fruit. Moreover, you can simply skip any filling—it will still be delicious. To slightly vary the sour cream semolina cake in a multicooker, I add vanilla, lemon zest, or sometimes even cocoa. This was my signature cake as a child, so any homemaker can easily handle it. I think everyone will enjoy this cake, and you'll end up baking it often. Good luck and happy cooking!
