Cottage cheese cake with kefir and sour cream
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I suggest making a mannik with kefir and sour cream. The baking is prepared completely without flour, so it turns out incredibly light, tender, and airy. It will please both children and adults. I have listed the ingredient amounts for a pan with an 18 cm diameter; for a larger pan, double the ingredients.
