
Classic milk semolina cake
Description
The baking is simple and quick. In our family, semolina cake is a staple dish, and it's prepared very fast. This cake is so easy and effortless to make that even a beginner cook can handle it. A cake made with semolina is less finicky than one made with flour, and it always rises well. Add berries or fruits to the semolina cake, and the dessert will take on delightful new flavors. Take a deep container, add sugar and break in the eggs, mix well with a mixer. The sugar should dissolve completely.

Add the slightly warmed milk and pour in the semolina, then mix. Cover with a towel and let it sit for 30 minutes so the semolina can swell.

After 30 minutes, add the melted butter, a pinch of salt, and vanilla sugar, then add baking soda and citric acid, and mix.

Sift the flour portion by portion into a container and mix into a homogeneous mass to avoid lumps.
