Then pour in the kefir, mix thoroughly until smooth, and add the baking soda neutralized with vinegar. Grease the baking form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina, and carefully transfer the prepared batter into it.

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the semolina cake for 35–40 minutes. Once it has cooled slightly, the whole family enjoys the delicious semolina cake.
