Wash the tangerines and dry them. Cut them in half.

Then squeeze the juice from the tangerines. You will need a total of 200 ml of juice.

Separately, dissolve the starch in 50 ml of tangerine juice. Mix well until no lumps remain.

Pour the remaining 150 ml of tangerine juice into a small saucepan.
